The hotel's location is quite convenient and close to several attractions. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and provide a good view. the staff are friendly, welcoming with a cup of hot tea, and are generally helpful.

The staff are quite pushy when it comes to selling tours and massages, which can make one feel uncomfortable and frustrated.

Great value in a QUIET hotel. We loved the fact that there were a mini-bar, climate control and a sitting area in the room. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome with a refreshing drink. the luxurious private facilities included a spacious room with a breathtaking view and exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations: a private pool and jacuzzi.

The slow Wi-Fi was a minor issue, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. We enjoyed the modern and stylish decor of the room, but there was a slight smell of fresh paint that lingered.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the city center and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and did offer hot tea upon arrival. They also had comfortable and clean rooms.

During our stay over Christmas, the staff kept pushing us to purchase unnecessary tours despite us telling them we weren't interested. They even tried to convince us to take a questionable tour where we'd have to swim with caged baby sharks. Additionally, the strong smell of paint was overwhelming and quite unpleasant. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with the smell being so strong.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were up-to-date. Although transportation was readily available, we found the location a bit inconvenient as it was not centrally located. However, the hotel scores full marks in terms of parking facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. Lastly, we highly recommend the breakfast.

The staff were amazing! They gave us a warm welcome with hot tea, which was a lovely touch. the room was spotless and cozy, with a great view. the best part was the convenience, we were close to all the main attractions and the location was just perfect for exploring the city.

The shower water was a bit slow, but still acceptable. Although we repeatedly told the staff we weren't interested in the tours, they kept trying to persuade us.
